Sports Aerobics
A neat and proper athletic appearance should
be the overall impression. Women must wear a one piece leotard and
flesh coloured tights. All hair must be secured close to the head. Loose
items such as belts, suspenders and laces are not allowed.
The Competition Floor for Sports Aerobics is 7 meters x 7 meters of semi-sprung
wood. The area surrounding the stage is 9 meters x 9 meters
