We have classes suitable for most individuals and we are currently operating a waiting list as we are currently full on all sessions. We can not give a estimated time of when a place will become available as session are run on a first comes first served bases or if a new session is added.

Introductory beginners
These sessions is set up as six week introductory sessions for gymnasts just starting out in the sport. These session are run every six weeks with a fully qualified British Gymnastics paid coach.
Training times: Mondays 4.30-5.30 pm, Tuesday 5.00-6.00 pm, Thursdays 5.00-6.00pm, Thursdays 6.00-7.00pm or Friday 4.45-5.45 pm
Cost: £18.00 each 6 weeks. Plus £4.00 temporary British Gymnastics Insurance.
(The insurance is upgraded to an associate member after the first 6 weeks at a cost of £13.00 plus £2.50 for registration to the region this cost is annual)

Club beginners
This session is set up for gymnasts just starting out in the sport and need more time to develop their skills to be able to move into a higher session within the club. These session are run termly with a fully qualified British Gymnastics unpaid volunteer coaches.
Training times: Saturdays 9.00-10.00 am
Cost: £15.00 per term plus 43p per hour for every hour available that term.
Plus annual insurance cost of £17.00 to British Gymnastics and £2.50 for regional affiliation fees.

Adult
Sessions are fun and friendly and what you do is up to you! With in reason. Any level or ability
(if you are over 14 years of age). These session are run termly with a fully qualified British Gymnastics unpaid volunteer coaches. Please contact us before attending.
Training times: Fridays 8.30-10.00 pm
Cost: £15.00 per term plus 43p per hour for every hour available that term.
Plus annual insurance cost of £17.00 to British Gymnastics and £2.50 for regional affiliation fees.

Please note most clubs in the country are operating waiting lists as the demand is so high.
